An international oil & gas company located in Singapore is urgently looking for these following positions:
1.Project Manager
•Min 20 years experience in Project Management in oil and gas project of above 200 mil size
•Degree in related field
2.Project Lead Engineer
•Min 15 years project engineering especially 100 – 200 mil oil and gas with at least one exposure for project more than 200 mil
•Good track records with full completion of at least one related project
•Project engineering duties to lead a group of PE
•Degree in related field
3.Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static)
•Min 12 years experience in both engineering design and construction of oil and gas industry
•Have experience in static equipment design such as pressure vessel, heat exchanger, storage tank, and other mechanical equipment
•Familiar with the requirement of International Codes and Standards, such as API, ASME, BS, ANSI etc
•Able to prepare requisition, specifications and review vendors' documents and coordinate works between vendors and other discipline engineers within the organization
•Degree in Mechanical Engineering
4.Senior Mechanical Engineer (Rotating Equipment)
•Min 15 years experience in plant rotating engineering business and minimum one project rotating equipment lead engineer experience
•General knowledge on Instrument, Electrical, Process.
•Indepth knowledge on Rotating equipment such as compressor, pump, turbine, motor and these control
•Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet, Specification Requisition, Loading Data, Vendor List, Technical Evaluation of Vendor Quotation, review and expediting, coordination with other disciplines, engineering related inspection, troubleshooting, supporting pre-commissioning and commissioning
•Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5.Senior Civil / Structural Engineer
•Min 12 years relevant experience in all aspect in Civil/Structural Engineering in Oil/Gas plant industries
•Able to coordinate work between the client, vendors and other discipline engineers within the organization such as P&ID review, etc.
•Able to perform Feasibility Study, Feed Work
•Good understanding and experience in Factory Acceptance Test/Site Acception Test
•Conversant With International Codes and Standards
•Degree in Civil Engineering
6.Senior Piping Engineers
•Min 12 years of relevant experience
•Experience in piping layout design, pipe support design, pipe stress analysis, steam tracing arrangement, equipment layout arrangement and other related piping work using AutoCAD / CADWORX
•Familiar with PDS software is preferred
•Degree / Diploma / ITC in Mechanical Engineering
7.Process Lead Engineer
•More than 12 years experience as process engineer for project which treat hydrocarbon
•To proceed work with conducting junior process engineers, with preparation of schedule, managing process, coordination with company / other discipline, realize process requirement from ITB package, attend HAZOP and find resolution and check product from junior engineer, such as:
1)PFD with heat & material balance
2)Hydraulic calculation
3)Equipment design (Column Rating, heat exchanger, vessel, pump, etc)
4)Prepare / Developed P&ID
5)PRV sizing (relieving scenario, sizing of PRV, including inlet / outlet line sizing)
6)Instrument Process Data
7)Line list
•Bachelor in related field
8.Senior Electrical Engineer
•More than 10 years relevant experience in engineering design, material selection and filed installation of the overall Electrical Engineering in the Oil/Gas plant industries
•Execution of estimation and contracted job such as the preparation of material requisition / specification / test procedures, information drawing to other functional, Electrical System Study, Electrical Capacity and Sizing Calculation, Single Line Diagram, Layout Drawing, Cable Schedule, Motor Control Schematic Termination Schedule, Document List, Cost Summary and Technical Proposal, Material MTO etc
•Able to coordinate work between the vendors and other discipline engineers within the organization such as P&ID review, etc
•Able to perform FEED Study, FEED Work and supporting the business development such as Technical Consulting
•Evaluation of Vendor Bid Analysis and Vendor Print Review
•A good understanding and experience in FAT/SAT, Field Construction and Plant Commissioning
