SAFETY HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT COORDINATOR
Purpose of the job :
As coordinator of safety, health & environment function to drive continuous improvement in area of safety, occupational health & environment standard in respect to Heineken & Indonesian SHE standards & procedures. Direct report to Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all assigned Process Safety Management element projects are delivered on time and achieved desired goals and objectives.
· Identify and initiate activities to improve safety, occupational health standards and mindset in brewery
· Ensuring and monitor compliance to Heineken & Indonesian SHE standards & procedures
- Conducting engineering precautions and mitigation for hazard reduction and elimination.
- Leading the OHSAS 18000 implementation.
- Performing qualitative and quantitative hazard analysis using appropriate methods such as Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
- Preparing periodical as well as supplementary company’s report to government institution (KLH, Bapedalda) and to Heineken and participate in the new major projects reviews.
- Becoming a leader of Safety Pillar of Total Productive Management.
Requirements:
- S1 degree from reputable university with safety management or other relevant degree.
- Minimum 3 years solid experiences in Safety, Health and Environment management.
- Excellent in leadership skill, interpersonal skill, communication skill.
- Strong in analytical skill, problem solving & continuous improvement skill.
- Familiar with OHSAS 18000, ISO 14001
- Good communication skill in English & advance in computer literate.
