- Male/Female Experience > 3 years in retail fashion
- Deep understanding of strategic and developing RETAIL sales/Operation
- Good Knowledge sales planning and strategy in Store & Dept Store, all the activities of Sales & Operation
- Monitoring day to day operational to achieve the target, Arranges all store & outlet to achieve profit target, Control day to day operational, Control distribution and balance stock/inventory, handling and motivated team.
- Have knowledge Key Performance Indicator/Balance Score Card is advantage
- Fluent in English & Computer literacy
- Good Leadership, Strong Commitment, Data Detail Oriented, Target and Goals Oriented, Integrity
- Placement in JAKARTA & SURABAYA
