- Analyze problem & measure Service/Operation Level Agreement for IT
Operations Support
Qualifications :
- Male or female with a minimum S1 degree qualification from reputable
university
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of English (oral & verbal)
- Independent, fast learner, and willing to work under pressure
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong knowledge in IT Service Management & ISO 9001:2008
- Experience in Data Processing Application, Service Desk Application
and Knowledge Based System will be an advantage
