QHSE Officer
Job Summary
Responsible for the implementation and control of quality and occupational safety & health in organization.
Duties & Job Function
- Ensure the preparation of pre-established and systematic working methods within the Organization to meet the QHSE requirements as specified in the company requirements, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 standard
- Mantain documented QHSE Management System and documentation
- Ensure that the QHSE procedures are well understood and effectively implemented at project sites (warehouses).
- Carry out Internal Audit, Self Assessment and relevant inspection at Project Sites, and follow up the control measures as the result of assessment.
- Provide Training to respective employees on the QHSE awareness and implementation
- Report on the performance status of QHSE Management System and KPI to Senior Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Occupational Safety & Health.
- Preferable fresh graduate or having 1 to 2 years experience in same field
- Familiar with OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 9001:2008
