Manager, End to End Data Quality of Service
(Jakarta Raya)


 
Responsibilities:

    * Voice services performance (IP RAN): congestion, voice quality, voice reteinability, voice accessibility
    * Data services performance: throughput, latency, accessibility, retainability
    * SMS and MMS: delivery performance
    * Develop process for continuous performance improvement of the services
    * Define optimum service and node configuration for best performance
    * Improve network services; Implement new end to end process view for voice and messaging services; Implement holist view of services improvement

Requirements:


    * Flexible, dynamic, process oriented, good multi cultural knowledge, good interpersonal skills, customer oriented
    * Broad view of the CS network elements, the way that they are integrated and the services supported by them: process oriented,customer oriented
    * Proficiency in English
    * Minimum Bachelor in Engineering (Telecommunications or Electronics)
    * Minimum 5 years (3 years working in data networks, IP RAN, Cisco Certified)
