Job Title                     : Brewhouse Cellar Technician (Production Operator)

Work location           : Mojokerto - East Java

Reporting to              : Brewhouse Cellar Supervisor

 

Purpose of the job :

To perform basic functions within area of specialization silo handling, brew house or fermentation & filtration process

in order to achieve production targeted within cost, time quantity, quality standard

 

Responsibilities:

1.       Operating machine / process through an automatic and computerized system in line with SOP in order to produce products.

2.       Measuring & recording quality parameters in quality data system to ensure up to date quality data.

3.       Performing simple machine maintenance and trouble shooting to minimize breakdown.

4.       Performing cleaning of equipments and surrounding area to meet hygiene standard.

5.       Developing & up dating SOP in order to maintain operational standard.

6.       Ensuring that the safety procedures are adhere to, implemented, create awareness through the safety and health committee.

7.       Identifying opportunities to continuously improve operation or performance standards in line with the spirit of Kaizen/TPM.

8.       Actively participating in training to ensure effective transfer of skill and knowledge.

9.      Monitoring & maintaining raw material to ensure availability of raw material in Brewing Cellar

 

Requirements:

1.       University graduates from relevant discipline (Chemical, Food Technology, Microbiology)

2.       Minimum 1 (one) year experience in food beverage industry as production operator.

3.       Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

4.       Computer literate (MS Office & Others), familiar with SAP is an advantage

5.       Understand improvement method concept, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP/GMP/Hygiene, Safety.

6.       Able communicate  in English, good team work & fast learner.
