Marine Engineer - Operations Support
Responsibilities:
To manage issuing of work-order for Marine fleet operations, and to
control the timesheet of each vessels.
To manage and coordinate the Contractors in ensuring the availability of
Marine vessel fleets.
To ensure that Marine Operations comply with Government regulations.
To prepare technical specification of the Vessels required and to prepare
technical scope of works for Marine Contract Documents.
To conduct routine technical Inspection for Marine Vessels in terms of
contract evaluation and safety implementation.
To ensure that contract documents are properly implemented in the Marine
operation.
To manage loading-unloading operations at Saliki Dock.
To ensure that HSE programs are well Implemented in Marine Operations and
during Loading Unloading operations.
To prepare reports related Marine Fleet Operations and Saliki Dock
Operations.
Requirements:
D4 in Maritime Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S1 in related discipline
is an advantage.
Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boat.
IMO Trainings for Advance Level.
Experience in Oil & Gas Industry with safety standards.
Good in English both written and oral.
Good skill in computer.
Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in
English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear
manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in
a team.
Able to work with under pressure situation.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
