We are seeking for self-motivated team player for the following position in our offices in South East Asia:
Sector Managers, Regional
Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing, controlling, guiding and marketing of the range of products in the allocated industrial segments with the objective of fully taking advantage of the market and profit potential and of strengthening the market position
- Application and commercial consulting/coordination of the assigned customers, in particular:
- prices/price coordination;
- Contractual arrangements/implementation of corporate contracts;
- Budget planning and achieving the budgeted sales and profit in the region;
- Implementation of application concept and strategy concepts;
- Interface between customers and internal customers
- Securing orders;
- Acquisition of new markets/customers;
- Prioritisation of target markets and target customers &
- Internal and external promotion of existing products and solutions
- Implementation of the regional/national targets agreed on with the branch managements
- Solving complex technical problems and complaints with key accounts
- Acquisition of new customers
- Involvement in the specification of the marketing strategy/sales promotion, initiation and follow-up of regional sales and market targets with the sales department
- Realize presentations and training seminars to internal and external customers
- Driving market transparency (100% SIS utilization)
- Observing sector trends and regional market development
- Align segment management specific activities within Asia/Pacific
- Development of subordinates’ potential
Requirements:
- Qualified engineer with a degree in Mechanical or equivalent training with 3-4 years of professional experience in machine design, rotary machineries.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in Power Generation, Sugar & Palm Oil, Heavy Industries or related industry
- Knowledge of field sales, operational procedures
- Extensive applications, damage analysis experience
- Those will SAP knowledge , knowledge of system landscape will be preferred
- Ability to manage complex matters, conflict management, logical thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good spoken and written English and other language(s) will be an advantage
