Position Field: System Engineering Manager
Position Description:
Candidate must be a skilled systems engineer who will oversee all areas of installed systems including IT, Networking, Software and Security sensors as well as 3rd party application. This is a role has many responsibilities with a high a degree of exposure to all levels in the company. The individual must have experience at managing technical teams. This position offers significant career growth and training for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and allocate team resources as well as manage team members on a daily basis
- Supervise Acceptance Testing onsite for all installed systems, applications and software (ATP)
- Publish Acceptance Testing Results (ATR)
- Manage and monitor system bugs / defects
- Evaluate teams performance.

- Proven experience with working / handling dynamic environment
Special Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in system engineering
- 4 years managing or leading teams
- Experience of defence markets
- Integration, troubleshooting and system analysis
- Experience of systems integration of a system of systems
- Networking, video systems and command & control applications
Formal Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience
