I am looking for a role of a Staff Engineer Static Fired equipment for one of my client based in Malaysia.
The requirement for the role are as follows:
.Possess at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
.Minimum 15 years working experience in design, maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of fired equipment.
.Conversant with ASME BPVC and API, BS, NFPA codes and standards related to fired equipment.
.Able to leverage industry best practises and share experiences.
.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
.Patience and passionate for knowledge and skill transfer.
.Manage and conduct boiler condition assessment and remnant life analysis and implement improvements.
.Manage and conduct fired equipment integrity inspections and safety audits.
.Manage and lead three yearly fired equipment focused asset integrity reviews.
.Manage and lead root cause analysis and tripod investigations on fired equipment.
.Manage and lead review of piping classes for new projects and provide advice on existing piping classes.
.Provide support to short and long term fired equipment (i.e. boilers, furnaces, incinerators and flare systems) improvement plans.
.Provide support and contribute to fired equipment risk base inspection.
.Develop specific equipment reliability plans for fired equipment (i.e. incinerators, boilers, flares and furnaces).
.Provide project engineering support for boiler rejuvenation project (i.e. review and approved specifications, documents and drawings).
.Provide project engineering support for new boiler project (i.e. review and approved specifications, documents and drawings).
